Force One Investigations was founded in 2005 by Randall “Randy” L. Fritz, a retired Sheriff’s Deputy who worked in law enforcement for 16 years before a devastating on-duty injury ended his esteemed career.  Randy couldn't give up his first passion and soon started working as a Private Investigator and Skip Tracer.  Seeing flaws in the ethics of some Investigation and Skip Tracing Agencies, Randy knew he had to strike out on his own to be able to provide the honest, competent, and professional investigation services that the industry needed.
